To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph234 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or damage to equipment, even if ph234 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
ph234's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your ph234 Account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph234 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that it will be error-free. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, and circumstances beyond ph234's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.
ph234 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
